Electronic Shop Assistance (ESA) is a point of sale, price quote software for computer stores or any shop front business. It enables the business to professionally prepare a quote for a customer on the spot. Both the person in charge and the customer can interactively query the price quote software, thus providing several options to satisfy the customer's requirements. A hard copy print-out of the quote/ order/ invoice can be issued to the customer at the end of the query session.

ESA provides many optional settings that can be modified to suit your business needs. For example, all the pricing information, grouping and tax rates, fonts and labels used in the report, can be easily modified. Other features include the ability to recall quotes for reprinting or for modification; to make a summary report at the end of a session on items which are sold or ordered.
